COACH OF THE YEAR: Marvin Dooley, William Penn (New Castle)
In his second season with the Colonials, Dooley turned around a mediocre program and guided William Penn to a 12-0 season and a Division I state championship — the school’s first since 2002.

OFFENSE

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Ray Jones, Hodgson (Newark)
In addition to throwing for 1,065 yards and nine touchdowns, Jones put up 1,363 yards and 28 touchdowns on the ground for the Division II state champs.
