The estate of deceased ironworker Samantha Deschenes has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Portland, Oregon-based Andersen Construction following Deschenes’ passing on a jobsite, according to the June 10 complaint filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court in Oregon.
