Wentz, who currently attends Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, expressed his excitement about the opportunity to continue his athletic career at the college level while maintaining a balance between academics and sports.
Having been a key player in the MHS Boys’ Basketball team that achieved success in the 2021 ND State Tournament and the 2022 ND Boys Class A Championship, Wentz’s transition to college basketball has been a significant adjustment.
