THE Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) says it has rescued a man who mistakenly fell into the lagoon. The agency’s Permanent Secretary, Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, said this in a statement made available to the TrackNews Media on Friday.
