La vice-présidente des États-Unis et nouvelle candidate à l’investiture démocrate, Kamala Harris, a lancé sa campagne officielle mardi dans le Wisconsin, un état clé pour l’élection présidentielle de novembre. Elle n’a pas hésité à s’attaquer à son adversaire républicain Donald Trump, l’accusant de vouloir plonger le pays dans le chaos.
