WATERVILLE, Maine — The eighth annual Alfond Fund Golf Classic was held on Monday, July 29 at the Waterville Country Club. Team ‘Skip Chapelle’ won the 2024 Alfond Fund Golf Classic. Results for all 44 teams can be found below.

Since the inaugural event in 2017, the Alfond Fund Golf Classic has raised over $600,000. All proceeds from the Alfond Fund Golf Classic go directly towards supporting the Black Bears to help enhance the UMaine student-athlete experience. Philanthropic support of Black Bear Athletics is what allows our UMaine Athletics teams to strive and shine, whether with new equipment on the field, or scholarship support in the classroom. The Black Bears rely on generous donors for the financial assistance required when growing and maintaining a Division I sports program.
