Afghanistan left-arm pacer Fazalhaq Farooqi has been fined 15 per cent of his match charge for displaying dissent at an umpire’s resolution in the course of the second ODI of the three-match collection towards Zimbabwe in Harare. Farooqi was penalised for breaching Stage 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct.
