Munster’s Tom Ahern and Connacht’s Shayne Bolton have both been added to the Irish rugby squad ahead of next weekend’s Six Nations clash with Scotland.

Finlay Bealham and Mack Hansen are both set to be monitored over the coming days, while Tadhg Furlong and Joe McCarthy have both stepped up their rehab.

Ireland face the Scots in Murrayfield on Sunday.
