Croatian midfielder Kristijan Bistrović reached out to CSKA fans after leaving the Moscow club.
Bistrović, who played for CSKA since 2018, departed the team after his contract expired.
“Dear red and blue family! After seven and a half years, it’s time to say goodbye.
I want to express my gratitude to all the supporters for the immense backing I’ve received and felt from you every single day.
I have experienced the best moments of my career at this club, and CSKA will always hold a special place in my heart.
I wish you all success and hope that we will meet again someday. CSKA will always be number one!” — the club’s press service quoted Bistrović.
