LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Metro police investigated the Henderson councilwoman accused of illegally recording a non-public dialog for allegedly working an unlicensed daycare, intervening in a police investigation, and granting unauthorized entry to a safe city-run facility, in accordance with paperwork 8 Information Now obtained.
A Clark County grand jury voted to indict Henderson Councilwoman Carrie Cox on one cost of monitoring or making an attempt to observe a non-public dialog. The indictment, introduced final Wednesday, adopted a 10-month police investigation.
