Ragged Coast Chocolates, founded in 2015 by Kate and Steve Shaffer, located at 869 Main St. in Westbrook, Maine, was voted the 10th best chocolate shop in the nation.
Their chocolates and other sweet treats are made with fresh cream and butter from local Maine farms along with fresh herbs, fruits, vegetables, and edible flowers that the Shaffer’s have met at farmers’ markets, on the road, in their shops, or on their farms.
