The 2025 campaign will feature 11 teams fighting for the championship across 18 weeks in the regular season and two weeks in the playoffs. The New England Free Jacks have won the MLR Shield in each of the past two seasons.

Where to watch Major League Rugby matches: TV channels, live streams
Every Major League Rugby match will be available to stream on ESPN+ throughout the 2025 season.
