LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas lady, who prosecutors say was overwhelmed practically to dying by her former on line casino flooring supervisor, has filed a lawsuit towards Virgin Resorts accusing the corporate of negligence.
Fausto Pozuelo Sarria, 43, was sentenced on September 2024 to a two-year jail sentence for battery with a lethal weapon. His sufferer Nichole Roberts, 38, stated she suffers from complications, vertigo, and Submit-Traumatic Stress Dysfunction. Her life modified on July 15, 2024.
