LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A person who went lacking at Lake Mead was discovered two days later, stranded on a steep hill with no shirt, sneakers, meals or water.
Data offered by the Mohave County Sheriff’s Workplace (MCSO) Search and Rescue staff recounts the rescue and gives some element on a disjointed search effort involving the Nationwide Park Service and MCSO.
The person’s identification and present situation weren’t disclosed. The excessive temperature at Lake Mead was 105 to 106 levels on the times he was lacking.
The 42-year-old man went lacking close to Kingman Wash on the Arizona facet of Lake Mead round 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, whereas his household was celebrating the birthday of a member of the family. When it was time to go away, nobody may discover the person.
